Sophie Shelton, who is a co-founder of concierge and luxury lifestyle management firm 48 London, tells Spear’s she can ‘achieve anything in this reality’ for her clients.

The firm can fulfil an impressive variety of requests for its clients – who include young UHNWs and royals – through an annual VIP membership or on an ad-hoc basis. Whether it is creating holiday itineraries, finding trusted nannies, chartering yachts, recommending a psychologist or training a housekeeper, the team at 48 London ‘always tries out the services before we propose them’, Shelton explains. 

One of Shelton’s recent highlights was arranging for a West Ham player to surprise a client’s child at his birthday party. ‘Our clients know they can lean on us more than they could with an ordinary concierge, because we get to really know them from the inside.’
