‘It’s not just about putting on an event; it’s about creating a meaningful experience that feels fresh and exciting,’ say event planning duo Pascha Rix and Jessica Garland-Blake. The pair established Bash Studios in 2021 and have curated a client list that includes brands such as Lacoste, Gisou, Murad and Soho House. 

‘When we launched, we wanted to work with brands we loved and admired, so we were always very specific about who we reached out to or said yes to working with,’ they explain. Describing themselves as perfectionists, they’ve often been called in to turn events around within a tight timeline. 

Though the pair have experienced great success since founding their firm, they’ve strived to use their platform for the better. ‘The event industry has always been linked to overconsumption, and it’s something we’re very mindful of,’ they tell Spear’s. ‘Sustainability isn’t just a trend for us; it’s a core value. We also believe in giving back by donating a portion of our profits to charity and supporting local businesses and artisans. Our goal is to show that luxury doesn’t have to come at the cost of sustainability.’
