Abhishek Lodha has been at the forefront of India’s Lodha Group since 2010, guiding the family firm into one of the country’s most influential real estate developers. He joined the business in 2003 after a stint at McKinsey & Company. 

The Lodha Group says he has been instrumental in establishing a company that exceeds the expectations of the customer: ‘Under his leadership, the company has transformed into India’s largest real estate developer.’ 

Lodha has overseen landmark projects such as World One, Mumbai’s 76-floor skyscraper, and has expanded the group’s footprint internationally, developing more than £2 billion of residential property in London alone. 

Among these is No.1 Grosvenor Square, the former US embassy, now reborn as 44 meticulously designed residences. Residents enjoy amenities that go beyond the expected: a yoga and ballet studio, private cinema and boardroom, not to mention ‘embassy-level’ security. The recently opened Holland Park Gate offers a similarly elevated lifestyle, with a 25-metre pool, health club, spa and library for residents. 

Established in 1980 by Abhishek’s father, Mangal Lodha, the group prides itself on collaborating with world-class designers, including interior designer Kelly Hoppen and architects WOHA.
