Pembury Partners co-founder and director Elvie Dakin is enthusiastic about her company’s ability to find anyone UHNW households require.

‘We have a global spread,’ she says, naming a list of very affluent areas of the US, the UK, the Caribbean, France, northern Italy, Monaco and the Gulf states. ‘And most of our clients tend to have a portfolio of properties.’

Pembury specialises in the placement of estate and household managers, private chefs, executive and family assistants, family office support and travelling professionals – everything from ladies’ maids to education specialists. 

Dakin acquired 30 years of experience in private service herself, including in royal households, before moving into recruitment and staff selection.
