Lauren Perry is the managing director of The Estate Agency, a relatively new (established in 2023) but rapidly growing domestic staffing firm that recruits professionals for high-net-worth households, yachts and private jets across North America.

The agency’s employees are very well acquainted with the requirements – all are former household staff themselves. Perry said, ‘A unique point of difference for us is that our crew of recruitment specialists weren’t recruiters before they joined our team. They were actually private service professionals, inside the homes of our clients.

‘That’s been super effective for us. This is a very colourful world. Each client, each role, each family has a very different palette.’
