Charlie Lodge is a charted wealth manager who has been working at OCM since 2018. 

The firm was founded by her parents, Jason and Maggie, in 2004 and has since grown to report on almost £800 million for some 450 different clients. Through its sound and robust investment process, OCM works with clients and advisers so they can achieve their financial planning goals. 

Lodge explained to Spear’s that she loves the client side of the role, which enables her to help people identify and realise their dreams, as well as the culture that exists at the firm. 

‘The whole ethos of our business is that we are one big family and we look after our staff, who in turn look after their clients,’ she said.
