Alastair Hargreaves, founder and managing partner of boutique law firm Ferbrache & Farrell, acts for corporate clients, HNWIs, landlords and tenants on a wide range of property matters in Guernsey, including the acquisition, disposal and leasing of commercial property.

Prior to founding Ferbrache & Farrell in 2016, Hargreaves held roles at Mourant and Foot Anstey. He specialises in matters relating to commercial property, planning and environmental law, as well as housing law and liquor licensing, acting on behalf of owner-managed businesses, family offices and HNWs.

With more than 20 years of experience, Hargreaves is also an advocate of the Royal Court and is regularly instructed in planning law appeals.
