‘The team is super brilliant, and there’s a lot of energy,’ Jaishree Brice says of the recent buzz surrounding Sotheby’s International Realty’s UK relaunch. 

Within London, Brice focuses on Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Mayfair, but also has experience with property transactions in the home counties. Typical clients include south-east Asian, Indian and American UHNWs. ‘Indian buyers are prominent in London,’ she says. ‘I work quite closely with Sotheby’s India team to make sure we are making use of all our synergies.’

Which neighbourhoods are en vogue with the well-connected agent’s client base at the moment? ‘Those looking for nice family homes go for Kensington and Chelsea,’ Brice says, adding the latter’s ‘village feel’ is a particular attraction for US-based UHNWs.
