Tracy Anderson’s clients include A-list celebrities such as Madonna and Jennifer Lopez. She first rose to fame as actress and wellness guru Gwyneth Paltrow’s long-time personal trainer and fitness collaborator (Paltrow is an investor in Anderson’s company), and now has a network of studios in the US and partners trained in her famous method the world over. 

Anderson has also made her mark on London with the opening of her fitness studio at private members' club Surrenne. Beneath the Knightsbridge-based hotel The Emory, the club demands a £10,000 annual membership fee. 

The trainers, all working strictly to Anderson’s rules and focusing on a feeling of health as well as toned, lithe limbs and torsos, will travel to any gym (or home gym) their clients choose, travel with them if required or offer virtual training and counselling when schedules do not allow for in-person meetings.
