‘We could buy anything from a £500,000 or £600,000 one-bedroom rental investment property to a £40 million townhouse in Chelsea,’ he said. ‘We will buy blocks of flats for £5 million or £6 million, or build portfolios for a particular client if they’re in the rental investment game.’
