Highly capable and public spirited, John Owens is a family law partner at the Manchester office of widely respected north-west England law firm MSB Solicitors.

With more than 10 years’ experience resolving the often complex disputes of married and unmarried couples, with and without children, Owens has a large and devoted clientele including many from media and the arts, prominent business people and his peers in the legal profession.

When not working on his own cases, Owens mentors young lawyers at the free legal advice centre at the University of Manchester and contributes widely to the press and academic legal journals.
