‘Maskells is an exciting firm,’ says Jamie Hope, managing director of sales at the London-based boutique property agency.

Hope is proud of the transformational journey of the firm, of which he has been a part for more than 12 years. When he started, he says, ‘the firm barely had a website, no computer system and no clients’. Today, he tells Spear’s, Maskells is seeing double-digit percentage income growth every year.

Hope specialises in prime property sales and acquisitions. His brief stint as a Cotswolds agent has provided insight into landed estates, and he has gathered valuable experience in the prime central market since moving to London in 2010.
