‘Dubai is the centre of the universe right now ... The opportunities to all who live there are endless,’ says Chris Boswell.

Boswell first moved to Dubai in 2006 after his brother established a real estate showroom there. He then sold properties across the city while negotiating deals for homes in New York, Paris, Los Angeles and London. 

Between 2015 and 2022 he held the record for Dubai’s highest private residence sale, which was valued at 185 million dirham. He tells Spear’s that he hopes ‘to continue making more record sales and setting new price points [for residences] on the Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Bay Island’.
