Dr Selena Langdon founded Berkshire Aesthetics, a Maidenhead-based clinic, in 2016. The practice has an international clientele attracted to the ‘home counties haven for aesthetic treatments’. 

Langdon began her medical career in the NHS after graduating with a first-class degree from the University of Sheffield. She trained in plastic surgery under the tutelage of the Los Angeles-based Dr Arthur Swift, during which she specialised in both injecting and the non-invasive CoolSculpting treatment (based on a process called cryolipolysis). 

She works with the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners and is an advocate for introducing legislation regarding non-surgical cosmetic work. Langdon hopes to work with authorities to introduce safety mechanisms and procedures into a largely unregulated industry.
