Duncan Bailey is head of Brabners’ private client team in Liverpool, which serves the large cities of north-west England. With a background in contentious and non-contentious trust work, he is well-versed in all aspects of estate planning, particularly those that involve complex assets and high valuations, including will writing, powers of attorney, trust creation and, of course, probate administration.

Bailey is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds a STEP advanced certificate in trust disputes. He is a former chair of STEP Liverpool and the Liverpool Law Society’s non-contentious business committee.
