Named as Tatler’s best UK wedding photographer, Lara Arnott has captured society and celebrity nuptials in spots ranging from Lake Como to Villa Rothschild in France, as well as photographing occasions including Sir Elton John’s Christmas party, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s 70th and the late Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace.

She tells Spear’s that she seeks to be ‘the authentic storyteller’, capturing meaningful images that will endure for decades – in many cases for generations – as well as capturing her subjects in their true and ‘most beautiful’ form. ‘Whatever the occasion, the focus is the same: to combine technical precision with intuition and to put the subject at ease by becoming part of the moment myself,’ she adds.
