Gideon Lack is one of the world’s leading allergy specialists, both in clinical practice and research.

Professor of paediatric allergy at King’s College London and head of the children’s allergy service at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, Dr Lack also has an extensive private practice through his own London Allergy Care And Knowledge organisation, with clinics at the Portland Hospital. 

Dr Lack leads the ongoing Leap trial into early peanut allergy, which was instrumental in reversing the previous advice in the UK, US and Europe to avoid peanut exposure in infants. He was elected fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences in 2019 in recognition of his contributions to medicine.
