Experienced in handling cases around Isle of Man immigration and British nationality, Christopher Kinley founded the boutique firm that ultimately became Kinley Legal in 2013.

With a client base that spans as far as south-east Asia, Kinley has expertise in a number of issues relating to immigration, including indefinite leave to enter, British nationality applications, visa applications for entrepreneurs and investors, and a host of other matters. 

‘The Isle of Man is a crown dependency and has its own set of rules; it can be easier to get residency and then UK citizenship here,’ Kinley tells Spear’s. ‘People are also attracted to the low crime rate and safety on the island.’

A notary public on the Isle of Man and a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists, Kinley is also well equipped to certify documents in a number of languages.
