Simmi Sangha

Spear’s Review

Simmi Sangha runs the private home management service at prime central London buying agency Eccord.

With a portfolio of 50 HNW clients across London, Sangha estimates that around 70 per cent of her work involves the management of vacant homes for international families. ‘Most household policies state that you need someone in the house every 14 days as standard,’ she tells Spear’s. ‘So we go in, check the property, check the security, the heating and any other system they’ve got running in the home.’

The remaining 30 per cent is work for live-in clients, including handling ‘all of the servicing the property needs, annual maintenance – pre-planned and booked in – and liaising with the housekeeper to make sure things go ahead smoothly’.

Sangha attributes her close relationship with clients to her willingness to go the extra mile, having handled everything from delivering soup to unwell clients to tracking down misplaced designer jackets.
