HFMC Wealth began with a simple but powerful vision that Jeremy Hoyland wrote down back in 1986: a wish to build ‘the highest-quality financial management business in the country, based around the principle of total client care’.

Today, Hoyland prides himself on being a ‘planning-led firm’. Jeremy Hoyland is the Executive Chairman and founder of HFMC Wealth, a Chartered, multiple award-winning wealth management firm he established in 1986 to offer planning-led, relationship-focused advice to successful individuals and families.

Over nearly four decades, Jeremy has built a business that prioritises long-term continuity, deep personal relationships and tailored strategies grounded in trust, transparency and care. He leads a private client team that works with high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients – often across generations and multiple jurisdictions – helping them achieve their most meaningful life goals while mitigating risk.

HFMC Wealth delivers a full suite of independent services under one roof, including financial planning, investment management, mortgage advice and tax compliance. Jeremy’s own team includes two Chartered Financial Planners, with dedicated support providing a highly personalised service, and benefits from the wider group’s strong internal culture, recognised through STEP Platinum Employer status and multiple wins of the ‘Best Financial Advisers to Work For’ award. Jeremy’s personal mission is simple and consistent: to help clients navigate complex decisions with empathy, clarity and tenacity, enabling them to live with purpose and peace of mind. He shares his life with his wife Jackie – who played a pivotal role in the firm’s early growth – their three adult children, grandson and two Finnish Lapphunds. Of both British and Finnish heritage, Jeremy is also a founding figure of Veloce, which has raised over £1 million for UK charities, and continues to steward the legacy of his father, abstract painter John Hoyland RA. He also loves mountain biking, hiking, motorsport, film and reading.
