Before starting his own advisory company, Jamie Webb oversaw an international network of ultra-high-net-worth philanthropists who came together to find ways to work together to achieve their objectives more efficiently.

Now, with JW Philanthropy, he works with motivated and hands-on individuals, helping them to form a giving strategy and execute it in an impactful way. His advice can range from helping philanthropists decide which organisations to support, to ensuring that philanthropic partnerships are moving forward, and understanding what a foundation is trying to achieve. Webb reports that his approach attracts those who are committed to their causes and who want to enact real change. ‘The people I tend to work with are serious about this,’ he says. ‘It’s like a job; it’s like their vocation, so they are really dedicated and committed.’
