Having joined Howard Kennedy’s family team as partner in spring 2021, Nina Lake heads up a busy practice focusing on matrimonial and private child disputes, the drafting of pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and issues concerning cohabitation. She frequently works on complex cases involving multiple jurisdictions.

Clients include HNW and high-profile figures, including lawyers, celebrities, bankers and entrepreneurs, many of whom have an international background or interests. She has experience, too, of advising those who benefit from generational family wealth. In all of this, she works closely with experts both within the firm and outside to ensure clients receive a full-service and holistic approach to their cases.
