Monika Byrska is a partner at Howard Kennedy, where she specialises in will, trust and estate disputes. She advises on all types of contentious trust and probate matters, including Inheritance Act claims, will challenges and trust disputes. 

As a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)-qualified practitioner, she is well placed to assist with the contentious and non-contentious aspects of estate administration. 

Byrska has a background in linguistics and interpretation and is therefore multi-lingual. She can speak English, Polish, German and Spanish, which enables her to advise a wide variety of international clients. 

She is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
