Paddy Lynam is a partner in Mills & Reeve’s agribusiness real estate team and across his career, has acted on some of the biggest estate, farm and bloodstock transactions in the country. 

Highlights include the sale of a £40 million plus Surrey estate, the creation of a farming partnership to hold land on behalf of trustees and the purchase of a complex £16 million plus farm in Oxfordshire with various residential, commercial and agricultural tenancies.

Lynam’s family background in the horse racing industry has been helpful in connecting with clients, and has also contributed to his hobbies outside of work. When not present at these legendary courses, he 'cheers in front of the TV’ at The Turf Club, for whom he is the retained lawyer.
