Kevin Cowley is a partner in PwC’s Isle of Man office who specialises in property development and investment, and offshore fund structuring. He is responsible for driving the firm’s tax marketing strategy forward and oversees the delivery of tax services to clients.

He has more than 20 years’ experience working for Big Four firms, and prior to joining PwC in 2011 he spent more than a decade as a tax director at Deloitte. He has broad expertise across all areas of offshore taxation, including those involving both corporate and private client structures.

Cowley, who has a PhD in mathematics from the University of Leeds, enjoys onboarding UHNWs, HNWs and businesses to the Isle of Man, where he helps them to ‘establish robust operating structures’.
