Shams Rahman is a highly experienced trust litigation partner at Edwin Coe, where he regularly advises UHNW individuals and their families. 

With the firm since 2014, Rahman specialises in helping clients with the property litigation elements of contentious trust and probate matters. This can include challenges to the validity of wills, cross-border breaches of trust and trustees’ duties, and disputed ownership claims. 

He is qualified to practice in the UK and Pakistan, and leads the firm’s international practice that focuses on trust-related property disputes. Rahman, who previously worked at Payne Hicks Beach, has been involved in cases in multiple jurisdictions, including Switzerland, Belgium, Jersey, Guernsey and the US.
