Helen Marriott is a partner at Brabners, one of the leading law firms in north-west England, and which serves HNW clients in Liverpool and Manchester.

Her primary specialisation is in divorce and subsequent financial settlements, but she also frequently advises on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation arrangements and civil partnerships. 

Marriott was instrumental in establishing – and serves as the practice group head for – Brabners Personal, an inter-departmental service designed to offer legal help at all points of a client’s life, whether that be wills, employment advice, succession planning or property matters.

Qualified as an arbitrator, Marriott is also a member of Resolution and the former chair of the Liverpool Law Society’s Family Business Sub Committee.
