Savills has also successfully integrated and rebranded the recently acquired Cluttons Middle East, now with seven offices in five countries. In Europe, the firm hired a new leadership team in Sweden, opened a branded office in Valencia and formed residential associations with Lucas Fox in Spain, ElitBlue in Cyprus and LEXXUS in the Czech Republic.

Meanwhile the company acquired a property agency in Guernsey (Martel Maides), a property services company in East London (Currell), and a London-based workplace consultancy and design studio (KKS).

In recognition of its achievements, Savills has won a number of awards throughout the year in all of its regions. These include the Global Real Estate Adviser of the Year and Residential Real Estate Advisor of the Year at the 2018 Estates Gazette Awards and Sales Adviser and Lettings Adviser of the year at the 2019 Property Week Resi Awards.

Meanwhile, for the 13th consecutive year, Savills was the Times Graduate Employer of Choice in property and the No.1 real estate agent/adviser in the UK Business Superbrands list. On a global level, Savills was awarded European Broker of the Year at the Property Investor Europe Awards, ‘Advisor of the year’ at Prime Property Prize 2019, Residential Team of the Year and Certificate of Excellence for Property Team of the Year at the RICS Hong Kong Awards and, in China, took Best Real Estate Agency and Property Consultancy in the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2018-2019.
