Philip Stinson

Philip Stinson, who was put forward for inclusion the Spear's indices by an influential reputation manager, is a leading solicitor in the field of media and entertainment. After attending Oxford University and qualifying as a solicitor he joined Clintons, a boutique law firm based in Covent Garden, where he now leads the firm’s brand and commercial practices.

Stinson advises clients in diverse sectors, from advertising and marketing businesses to luxury brands, fashion designers and Olympic medal winners, in matters related to brand management, advertising and marketing. He is, however, particularly experienced in the use and exploitation of image rights.

Stinson is a member of the independent European Athletics Court and the European Sponsorship Association.
