Michael Neff wields a formidable 30+ years in financial services, and is now managing director of Butterfield’s largest jurisdiction in Bermuda. 

He also has responsibility for the bank’s international wealth management business, including the flagship trust business, an arm which continues to earn honours across its six international jurisdictions. Bermuda is a particular point of pride for the Butterfield Group, having earned the Bank of the Year distinction from 2013-2019.

As evidenced by the accolades, the bank saw strategic growth and change during this period, expanding its ownership base and extending its geographic reach. Neff’s vision never wavered from serving the needs of his clients across all jurisdictions.
