Kate Miller read English at Oxford University before joining Allen & Overy to train as a lawyer. She qualified into the firm's high-octane litigation practice in 1997.

Miller joined Brunswick in 2000 and spent 12 years at the firm, specialising in corporate financial communication – covering mergers and acquisitions, stakeholder engagement and crisis management.

There followed a spell at Project Associates, where she was head of the corporate and litigation department, and Pagefield Global. She joined DRD Partnership, where she is a partner, in 2018. Here she focuses on reputation management for corporates and HNW and UHNW clients. Many of the projects she works on involve disputes with an international footprint and complex legal issues.
