Spear’s Review
A former director of communications and public affairs for the late Chief Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks, Ben Ullmann is chief executive of Sanctuary Counsel, working alongside chairman David McDonough. He advises individuals, governments and corporate clients on a host of reputational threats.
Ullmann brings more than 10 years’ experience in strategic communications, reputation management, policy research and speechwriting. He was previously a managing director at Teneo, where he advised CEOs and boards across a spectrum of issues, from M&As, IPOs and restructurings to special situations such as crises.
Ullmann began his career researching crime and justice policy as a research fellow for Policy Exchange, a Westminster think tank. As a speechwriter, Ullmann has helped a number of business leaders to ‘find their voices in the public square’. Thus, Ullmann is well placed to lead from the front and guide his clients through the waters of reputation management.
