Justine Kreis is managing director and EMEA head of alternative investments for global private banking and wealth at HSBC. 

Now based in Geneva, Kreis has over 25 years of experience in asset management and private banking. Before joining HSBC in early 2024, she was head of alternative investment solutions at Credit Suisse, where she led their private market and hedge fund business unit. 

Kreis is an expert when it comes to advising UHNW and HNW clients on private equity, hedge funds and impact investing. She tells Spear’s it’s important to ‘understand any product as well as the portfolio manager, as this enables me to explain solutions in detail and provide my clients with the tailored advice they require’.
