Richard Linskell is a highly experienced employment lawyer who has been with Gunnercooke for nearly a decade. 

His practice includes contentious and non-contentious work, and he specialises in contracts of employment, bonus disputes, restrictive covenants, discrimination, maternity rights and whistleblowing. 

Linskell’s clients are principally UK-based senior executives who work in industries such as pharmaceuticals and financial services. 

He told Spear’s that what he enjoys most about his work is making a difference to people’s lives. ‘A lot of my clients suffer from stress and anxiety as a result of what they are going through. Being able to help them through these difficult times is something I find really rewarding.’
