Charlotte Russell has been at property firm JLL for more than a decade, holding a number of senior sales and marketing roles. In 2021 she took on the role of area director for residential lettings. 

When Spear’s last caught up with Russell, she was particularly buoyed by analysis showing that the capital’s rental market had attracted rental values some 7.5 per cent higher than pre-pandemic levels. ‘We have never seen such a shortage of available rental properties across central London,’ she noted.
