FORE Partnership

A PURPOSE-DRIVENcommercial real estate investment boutique, FORE Partnership is focused on driving positive social and environmental change. FORE runs a number of investment vehicles for its client base of high net worth families and foundations, buying mostly offices, residential and mixed use buildings in the UK and on the continent.

At FORE, we believe that we can do well by doing right – and that a broad, holistic approach to sustainability can in fact drive higher returns.

Our forward-thinking strategy brings together environmental carbon reduction with an authentic appreciation of how people live, work, and interact, turning these into drivers of profitability for investors and tenants – while at the same time fostering a positive social impact.

We seek opportunities to refurbish and transform obsolete buildings into beautifully designed spaces that are both sympathetic to their context and inclusive of their communities. Our future-proofed buildings cater to end users who value service, innovation, quality, carbon reduction and health and wellbeing. Delivering buildings that better reflect the way that people live, work and interact in today’s world of intense market competition and fast-moving social, technological and generational change.

We combine our ‘Building FOREward’ vision with an innovative investment model that provides capital partners with flexibility and transparency, while ensuring access to great property investments. In all that we do, we align with the core values of family offices and private investors.

FORE was founded in 2012 by Basil Demeroutis, out of Capricorn Investment, the family office of eBay’s Jeff Skoll. Since then, Basil and his team have acquired over one million square feet of property in seven markets, with an estimated value approaching £500 millon. Noteworthy projects include Tower Bridge Court, on the Thames’ south side, where FORE is developing an uber-sustainable, net zero carbon, 110,000 square foot office space incorporating room for social enterprise.

An award-winning 140-unit residential scheme in Berlin has also been built in a historic post office, while Windmill Green in Manchester has been rated Outstanding by the sustainability scheme BREEAM.
