Description

Spear's Review

Alison Hayes joined Levison Meltzer Pigott as a partner in April 2002 and handles all aspects of matrimonial, children and family related work from a diverse client base. She specialises in financial remedy cases and work of a complex nature, which often evoke a high level of emotion from clients. Many cases involve locating hidden assets, defending and attacking trust structures, and are frequently complicated by jurisdictional disputes. Hayes is also experienced at drawing up all types of agreements between people wishing to regulate their relationships, whether married or not.

Hayes describes her style as ‘low key and informal’ and her method is one of practicality, advocating a rational approach based on accurate information. She aims to ‘manage client expectations and provide realistic advice, without incurring large fees’.
