Andrew Long, current group chief operating officer, co-founded the firm in 1998 with Alex Cheatle. Long takes great pride in the company’s ethos of providing exceptional customer service with no hidden fees, charges or add-on margins. He says: ‘I have a real passion for delivering great service and supporting individuals to achieve what’s important to them in their lives.’ 

At the firm, Long is responsible for key client and account strategy, global offers and events, legal and compliance, global real estate and technology infrastructure. Prior to establishing Ten Lifestyle Group, he ran a UK market-leading event production business.
