A partner and trained mediator at Bross Bennett, Jamie Gaw has particular expertise in advising on high-value financial matters, pre-nuptial agreements and complex children cases. The latter range from cases where one parent wishes to relocate with the child, to disputes relating to contentious child arrangements.   

The former Forsters associate told Spear’s that she strongly believes in the benefits of alternative dispute resolution. She often finds it useful to consult with therapists to ensure that divorce proceedings do not irreparably harm those involved, especially in cases which involve children.
