With 15 years of international HNW family law experience in the UK and Hong Kong, Ruben Sinha joined JMW in Manchester as partner in May 2022.

He advises high-profile families, primarily around financial resolution concerning complex family trusts, multi-jurisdictional arrangements, corporate structures and offshore assets. He also advises private banks and family offices on asset protection in the event of relationship breakdown – including pre-nuptial agreements – and has developed a niche practice advising on matters at the intersection of family and chancery work in UHNW divorce and trust cases. 

His client list extends across Manchester and the north of England, as well as London and abroad, and has included Sir Frederick Barclay.
