A former analyst with the Bank of Scotland and Caja Madrid, Paul Morales joined Lloyds Banking Group as an analyst in 2009. After rising through the ranks at the bank, he took on the role of head of private capital and family offices (between 2017 and 2021), before becoming its director for large corporate clients – the position he currently holds. 

The versatile banker tells Spear’s that his expertise spans the fields of corporate finance (including M&A, development, acquisition and real estate finance), treasury and liquidity management, wealth planning and diversified strategies and risk mitigation. 

Morales holds an MBA from the Autonomous University of Madrid. A native English and Spanish speaker, he has been working to sharpen his Italian.
