Mette and Michel Assouline are a true equestrian power couple. At Assouline Dressage, their dressage emporium in Essex, they train horses and riders, offering a full range of services for the dressage enthusiast, including sourcing, training and selling dressage horses of all levels.

The couple have a truly elite clientele comprising national champions as well as Olympic and Paralympic medallists. 

Michel, a British Dressage Medal of Honour winner, was the coach of the UK Para-Equestrian Dressage Team between 2005 and 2017, achieving a high level of success in a number of world championships and Paralympic Games. In 2017 he became head of the US Equestrian Federation’s para-dressage high-performance programme.
