Mark Boyden is clinical director and executive coach at Mark Boyden Associates, which delivers a range of psychotherapy and counselling solutions. With more than 15 years of experience at the top end of the sector, he counts UHNWs, senior corporate executives and the members of the world’s royal families among his clientele. ‘You have to be innately intuitive and clinically sound,’ he says of the challenges of his sector.

Boyden trained at Regent’s University London and worked at Guy’s Hospital and on Harley Street before setting up his own practice. Discretion is paramount: ‘All information disclosed is treated as confidential,’ he says. ‘It is vitally important to feel safe and secure in the relationship with your therapist, and I place this at the heart of my therapeutic process.’
