Jourdan Prowting

Residential auction partner Jourdan Prowting has worked in the property auction industry since joining Allsop in 1997. He became an associate in 2005, a partner in 2008, and an equity partner in 2017.

He is responsible for running the residential auction department, which is the UK’s leading property auctioneer, and he also sits on Allsop’s operational board providing marketing and business generation advice to the firm.

Prowting’s focus is residential property in Prime Central London. His expertise spans investment property, unbroken buildings, regulated, assured and life tenancy investments, mid-term and short Leases, and reversionary and non-reversionary ground rent investments.
