James Copson joined Sinclair Gibson as partner in 2022 following a nearly 35-year career at Withers, bringing experience across the field of family law, with a track record for resolving complex financial disputes. 

He regularly advises on cohabitation claims, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and private child law matters. The latter includes issues relating to custody and international child relocation.
