Having been a partner at Hunters for 18 years, Hetty Gleave joined Fladgate’s dispute resolution team in 2021.

She deals with all aspects of family law at the firm, including contentious and non-contentious issues and those which relate to both financial and children matters. She is proud of the diverse portfolio of clients the team looks after, which includes private individuals, multinationals, banks and entrepreneurs.

‘Our team has the sensitivity to help clients see the choices they face and to understand both what is possible and what is desirable,’ she said. Her practice also covers a wide range of international issues – including offshore structures and trusts, which she notes are ‘increasingly important in an ever more global world’.

Gleave also has a thorough understanding of the international art market, and heads up the art and cultural property team at the firm.
