He seeks to address any such imbalance by looking at three things: ‘Behaviour, language and engagement’. The approach has been honed during a career that has spanned corporate and financial comms in the City, as well as some work with organisations from the world of luxury such as Walpole and the Savile Row Bespoke association.

Stints at Pelham PR and Bell Pottinger (he left before things went south) preceded a spell as director of corporate communications and campaigns at Sky. In 2019 Davis founded Nepean, where he works with providers of private capital and their portfolio companies.
