Spear’s Review
Dominic Leivers, director of London Land Management, acts as a trusted adviser to property owners. While his international clients are away from their properties, London Land Management provides frequent visits to ensure security is maintained, the house or apartment remains in good repair and all insurance requirements are met.
Leivers, who has more than 20 years’ experience working in the prime central London property market, prides himself on understanding all aspects of the business, then providing a full service to his clients who take on the complex and demanding business of owning valuable property in London.
Adviser Profile
London Land Management’s director’s broad pool of expertise encompasses all elements of the residential property sector. ‘For more than 20 years my aim has been to provide private clients with complete peace of mind when it comes to their property investments,’ he tells Spear’s.
His aim is to ensure that clients ‘have confidence and trust in the processes and in us as advisers, that they are making the right commitment from a financial perspective, and that their property/investments are safeguarded’.
Founded in 1994 and based in the heart of central London, the firm prides itself on extensive knowledge and understanding of the complexities of property acquisition, lettings, management and development, enabling them to provide a comprehensive and professional service for their clients, and to anticipate their future needs.
With a large number of the firm’s clients from the Far East, Leivers explains that there is an ‘enormous emphasis’ on service in this respect. ‘Not just talking about good service, but actually understanding what it means and how to translate it to actual practice,’ he says. ‘Taking the time to really understand our clients, visiting them and getting to know their family is always of paramount importance to us as a business.’
When he first visited the Far East more than 20 years ago, Leivers gained an understanding of exactly what this entailed. ‘Never undervalue taking the time to build strong and sincere relationships with your clients. In the last 12 months, we’ve seen the importance of adapting as a business in challenging times, encouraging enterprise and embracing new ideas,’ he says.
‘Peace of mind – that is what London Land means to me,’ reads one glowing testimonial.
