So says Delphine Colombo, a champion of the capital as one of the best destinations for HNWs globally. Before setting up her own outfit, Colombo Hirst, with Lucie Hirst in 2018 to represent and act for buyers, Colombo spent 12 years with Winkworth in Knightsbridge and Hamptons in Sloane Square.

An experienced agent in the area, she has always lived and worked locally, and extols the benefits of using a buying agent – and their extensive book of contacts – as best-in-class, prime properties rarely get as far as reaching the open market.
