Debbie Salter has been Managing Director of Greycoat Lumleys since November 2010. She has over 20 years of recruitment experience, and specialises in management and training of staff, developing relationships with clients and candidates and strategically growing new specialisms. Salter was recommended for inclusion in the Spear's 500 by a top employment lawyer.
